Ingredients
4 x Eggs
Salt and pepper
tomato sauce
Preparation
add the eggs to a saucepan.
add enough water to cover the eggs
set the stove to high.
set a time for 15 minutes for soft boiled and 20 minutes for hard boiled.
once the eggs are cooked, drain the hot water.
add cold water and drain 2-3 times so the cooking stops.
peel, cut in half and add some salt and pepper to taste.
add tomato sauce if preferred.
